Service role

FINRAGuard AI provides software that assists with content review, rule mapping, rewrite suggestions, archive organization, and workflow documentation. The service is not a law firm, broker-dealer, investment adviser, regulator, or substitute for qualified legal, compliance, supervisory, or investment judgment.

No regulatory guarantee

AI findings, scores, rule references, and rewrite suggestions are informational workflow outputs. We do not guarantee regulatory approval, examination outcomes, legal compliance, suitability, investment results, or that every issue will be detected. Customers remain responsible for review, approval, supervision, disclosures, recordkeeping, and use of the service.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful activity, abusive automation, credential misuse, security testing without authorization, infringement, deceptive marketing, sanctions violations, or attempts to disrupt or reverse engineer the service. You must have rights to submit the content and data you provide.

Accounts and customer content

You are responsible for account access, user permissions, submitted content, reviewer decisions, archive configuration, and compliance with your own policies and legal obligations. We may suspend access to protect the service, other users, payment integrity, or legal compliance.

Plans, payment, and taxes

Plan prices are shown before checkout. Annual billing is discounted when selected. Payments are processed through Polar, and crypto network confirmation times may vary. Access may begin after payment status is confirmed or otherwise approved. You are responsible for any taxes, fees, and wallet or network costs that apply.

Refunds and cancellations

Unless required by law, fees are generally non-refundable once access, onboarding, review capacity, or archive services have been provided. Refund requests can be sent to support and are reviewed in good faith based on payment status, service use, technical issues, and applicable rules.

Availability and changes

We may update features, pricing, integrations, security controls, and availability. We may modify or discontinue parts of the service, and we may update these terms by posting a revised version.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for loss of data, business, goodwill, regulatory outcomes, or investment results. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount paid for the service in the three months before the claim, unless a different limit is required by law.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify us from claims arising from your content, use of the service, violation of these terms, violation of law, or infringement of third-party rights, except to the extent prohibited by law.

Governing terms

These terms are interpreted to be enforceable to the maximum lawful extent. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Contact support@aigeamy.com for support, refund, or legal notice routing.
